out a day in my life toni took me under her wing. I had two weeks, I happened to forget to mention that!
I learned how to work out all of my muscles day by day, never once doing the same work out twice with her. There were days my want to wasn't where it needed to be and as the tears rolled down my cheeks Toni put her arm around me, looked me in the eyes and listened to why I didn't want to work out...than quickly listed all of the reasons I had to.
On my first weigh in day I lost fifteen pounds...that's progress considering it was only three days into her program.
I worked out for an hour with Toni and and hour at home with her DVD. I ate a strict meal plan and 1900 calories. It has been a month since my fat camp with Toni and with the lost weight we look to have the kidney transplant soon and I am still losing my weight.
I am one of those people you see running down the road, not away from something but to my healthy new lifestyle. I feel like a new person, a healthy person, a person who caress about me now.
I went from eating fast food three days a week to salads, zone bars and chicken...I went from someone not happy with me and what I carried around on me to someone who cares about my clothes, my looks, and not having to suck in my belly anymore.

Note: When starting an exercise, if the weight gets to be too heavy, drop down and finish the circuit set using the lighter of the two sets of dumbbells.
